 With a digital scanner, we are able to view images of your mouth in full color, so we can easily distinguish between healthy and diseased tissue. For the scanning process, we place a small wand inside your mouth for only a few minutes to capture multiple scans. After this is done, our dentist and team can pull up these images as a reference when planning your treatment and create digital models. This model is useful if you are looking into dental implants or an oral appliance.
